Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager

Duration: 12 MonthsWe’re looking for an ambitious and motivated marketing generalist who has a passion for economic empowerment to join the International Marketing Team:
Lead and oversee execution of integrated campaigns, including co-marketing campaigns aligning teams across all channels to extend our brand messaging.
Oversee all asset development and approval coordination, including marketing and legal/compliance sign-off.
Own agency briefing, implementation and analysis across social, paid media and creative agencies (where applicable).
Define short and long term marketing plans that support the business goals, bringing together analytics, channel leads, partner marketing and global.
Build, lead and execute the UK marketing calendar as a central source of truth.
Partner with analytics to set campaign metrics and goals, manage campaign analysis and deliver data to key stakeholders across the business.
Accurately Input, manage and track budget
Regional lead on product go-to-market strategies to launch upcoming products, including creative agency briefing, coordination of channel plans and assets, and reporting to the wider UK and global marketing teams.
Act as the custodian of the brand as you oversee creative asset development and coordination. This includes completing your own creative briefs for our in-house and agency partners and providing astute feedback grounded in brand and customer insights.
Work cross functionally with a brand and integrated lens, acting as the central source of truth for all campaign and product information by centralising decks, dashboards and feeling confident with updating stakeholders on the status of projects.
Skills:
6+ years’ experience marketing for consumer-facing brands in the UK
Experience developing regional marketing strategy and integrated consumer campaigns
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams.
