When preparing your offer, please be guided by the RFP Instructions and Data. Please note that offers must be submitted using Annex 2: Offer Submission Form, Annex 3: Technical Offer, and Annex 4: Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicate in Section 2. Please note that it is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure timely submission. Proposals received after the deadline or submitted outside the online portal, for any reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
