- Write risk assessment reports, travel and other assessments as necessary.
- Monitor multi-media security communications (emails, Slack, AlertMedia, CSOC phone, two-way radios) and respond to incoming requests for support/help.
- Act as a first line of communication with employees during high alert and emergency situations, sending regional threat notifications, conducting check-ins on employees or asset conditions, etc.
- Understand the global scope of the client’s business and monitor these areas for issues that could impact operations, assets, personnel and reputation.
- Carry out social media monitoring and, potentially, due diligence research.
- Assess and, as necessary, notify relevant staff and leadership of breaking events, or upcoming events that could affect the client’s assets, operations or people.
- Create data visualizations and incorporate into reporting.
- Build reports, assessments and dashboards on topics of interest to the company as requested.
- Monitor alarms and other physical security monitoring tools at the facility and other facilities globally.
- Build relationships with other intelligence analysts with similar remits͕, local law enforcement and internal partners to assist with information gathering and sharing.
- Schedule will be 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, but some evenings and weekends may be required due to the nature of security work and for overlapping hours for collaboration, training and engagement with US-based team members.
- Administrative tasks as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least two to four years’ experience as a security operations and intelligence analyst in a GSOC or equivalent environment, whether having served in the private or public sector, with a demonstrated track record of steadily expanded responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in intelligence, international relations, journalism, supply chain security or related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, demonstrable ability to write concise reports suitable for a corporate executive audience.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills that bolster both analytic work and suitability for serving in a lead client-facing role.
- Able to meet analytic deadlines and quick-thinking and responsiveness during crisis events.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information.
- Willingness to work onsite at client office, as role requires regular team collaboration and access to sensitive corporate information.
- Superior research/OSINT skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- A strong commitment to ethical private sector intelligence practices and ability to maintain confidentiality around security specific information.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule as required.
