 Work you’ll do

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information from various sources to produce actionable intelligence reports. You will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making processes by providing insights into potential threats, risks, and opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct multi-source in-depth research and analysis of intelligence data, including open-source information, classified sources, and human intelligence.
  • Evaluate and interpret data to assess the credibility, reliability, and relevance of intelligence sources.
  • Identify emerging threats, trends, and patterns through comprehensive data analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to share intelligence findings and insights.
  • Prepare clear and concise intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations for decision-makers.
  • Stay informed about geopolitical developments, and technological advancements relevant to the organization’s interests.
  • Utilize analytical tools, software, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of intelligence analysis.
  • Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive information.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intelligence-gathering techniques and strategies, recommending improvements as necessary.

The I&I team supports our GPS clients by delivering capabilities across the investigative lifecycle in the regulatory, civilian, law enforcement, health, and national security domains. Our professionals help our clients to identify, combat, and mitigate national security threats such as fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, cybercrime, threats of terrorism, human trafficking, narcotics trafficking, litigations, and disputes.

 

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as intelligence studies, political science, international relations, or security studies.
  • Active TS with SCI eligibility (SCI preferred) security clearance.
  • Proven experience in intelligence analysis, preferably in a government agency, military, law enforcement, or private sector organization.
  • Experience in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection and methodology, including commercially enabled data.
  • Basic understanding of financial related investigations and understanding of anti-money laundering collection and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate and synthesize complex information from diverse sources.
  • Proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and software applications including but not limited to: IBM i2 Analyst’s Notebook, Google Earth, ArcGIS, Microsoft Suite.
  • Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical considerations related to intelligence activities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
