Intelligence Manager – Partnerships

Position description

Mitie are currently seeking an enthusiastic, focused, experienced and knowledgeable Intelligence Manager to join one of its most prestigious contracts with a leading global tech company in Central London. 

 

This role will help manage a dynamic global team responsible for providing cross functional partners (the company’s internal stakeholders) within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region with relevant, forward-looking and actionable intelligence.  The Intelligence Manager will be expected to provide managerial, adminstrative and editorial oversight to analysts across the region, including quality control, bandwidth, resource, and task management. The role will also supervise the training of all analysts and support with recruitment within the region. Metrics and data support will be provided by the Fusion Partnership Manager. Hybrid working approach (at least 3 days per week in office).

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

• Relationship management with Cross Functional Partners.
• Assist with the recruitment of new analysts.
• Close involvement in the development & training of analysts.
• Data analytics and metrics collection, including analysis of trends.
• Regional subject matter expertise on intelligence and security issues across EMEA.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Line management duties to include development, 121 meetings, appraisals.
• Holiday and HR management of direct reports.
• Part of shared on-call weekend rota system.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Familiarity with intelligence processes and methodologies preferred.
• Open-Source Intelligence and intelligence analysis experience.
• Work and/or study experience across the region desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferably Political Science, International Relations, International Security, or cultural/social/regional studies) plus verifiable and demonstrable experience in a relevant role.
• Postgraduate study in a related discipline.

Salary:

• £50-60k depending on experience
