JMC are working with an MRO company based in Farnborough, looking to recruit a new Interior Fitter to join their team.This is a Permanent Position based in Farnborough.
4 on, 4 off shift pattern, 07:00 – 19:00Salary and BenefitsCompetitive salary & shift allowanceShare save scheme & Bonus schemeCompetitive pension schemeEmployee recognition system-Healthcare PlanThe RoleThe primary purpose of this role is to remove and install aircraft interior under supervision.Other duties involve:Safely perform the removal, installation and maintenance of aircraft interiors (including but not limited to, galleys, closets, lavatories, side ledges, bulkheads, doors and vanity ledge fill panels).Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance with Repair Station procedures, internal and regulatory paperwork, sign¿offs and quality specifications.Removal, Installation and Replacement of soft furnishings including carpets.Repair and trimming of interior products.Use the computer tracking system to create parts demand, raise defect cards.Skills and experience requiredSecondary school education with GSE Grade C or above in English, Mathematics.Recognised Aviation industry approved apprenticeship with experience within a EASA Part 145 organisation.Working knowledge of EASA regulations, process specifications,Experience of Repair Station and Quality Control manuals, and company policies and procedures.Right to live and work in the UKTo apply please click ‘apply now’ or alternatively get in touch with a member of the team at [email protected] quoting the job reference for more information.Please note that due to the high level of applicants we will only be contacting shortlisted candidates regarding this role.For this opportunity JMC Aviation Ltd is acting as an employment agency.The hiring company is an equal opportunities employer.
