Job Title: Intermediate Quantity SurveyorLocation:South East England, Hampshire, CrawleyJob Type:Contract, expected to work full-time hoursPrimary Industry:Energy, Oil and GasSalary:up to £425 Per Day (INSIDE IR35 ONLY)Job Duties:The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for conducting cost estimates, preparing tender documents, negotiating contracts, managing financial aspects of projects, conducting cost analysis, and providing advice on cost-effective solutions. They will also be involved in project progress monitoring, risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Experience:Has experience of NEC 3 contracts.Has worked client side / pre-contract experience.Knowledge and Skills:Proficiency in cost estimating software, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will work from the Crawley office.
