Secours islamique France is looking for an Intern Logistician M/F based in Massy, France.
Under the supervision of the International Desk Logisticians, the Intern Logistician M/F will provide an effective and efficient procurement service within the International Logistics Team; ensure stock and asset management for items held in the SIF Headquarters; and provide a general support to the International Logistics team.
Your main responsabilities are the following (evolving and non exhaustive list) :
- Help desk logistician for preparing the validation process with a different department.
- Ensure compliance with the supply chain and complete all documents according to the SIF purchase procedure
- To liaise closely with the desk logistician on procurement to assist him in scheduling the procurement process.
- Manages, updates and is responsible to keep track of all assets and other equipment in SIF HQ (with the help of a desk Logistician)
- Update the Equipment List for each new asset according to SIF procedures
- Participate in the briefing and debriefing of logisticians’ missions in his zone (if required)
- Assist the desk logistician in the preparation of log kits for mission departures
- Issuing IT and viability items to newly recruited expatriate staff with the approval of the desk log.

Expériences / Formation
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :
- University degree, preferably working within NGO or multinational companies
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent Computer skills include Ms Office application
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Rigor, serious, honesty
