This is a great chance to become a key player in supporting sales operations, nurturing client relationships, and driving business success.As Internal Sales Executive you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients across the UK and Ireland.
• Manage the full customer journey-from initial enquiry and quotation to order processing and delivery-ensuring clear communication throughout.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to support commercial growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to exceed customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent support across order entry, quotations, and general enquiries.
• Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of enquiries to recommend the best product solutions.
• Process orders through the ERP system and monitor lead times and pricing.
• Support the external sales team and generate weekly order books for key accounts.
• Track pricing trends and flag potential margin issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service/internal sales role, gained within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a commitment to seeing tasks through to resolution.
• PC literate with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A technical or engineering understanding would be a plus but is not essential.
