INTERNAL SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Our client is hiring an Internal Sales person to support new and existing customers.

Our client is a leading distributor of electrical products, automation solutions, and related services.

The Role

This role is akin to account management and customer service. Providing internal technical sales support within the Bristol Service Centre.

• Working closely with an assigned field sales colleague you will support customers on the phone, via email and face to face, to maximise sales opportunities.

• Produce quotes and process customer orders

• Promote and advise on compatible products, suggest ancillory products where appropriate

• Maintaining high levels of customer service through close account management.

You

• Ideally you will be qualified to at least ONC/NVQ 3 in electrical engineering (if not, support to gain this qualification is offered).

• Customer service experience in an office based setting is essential

• Ideal previous experience is as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Executive, Internal Sales, Customer Service or similar.

Package

• Basic salary to £24,000

• 25 days holiday a year
