Are you an experienced Internal Sales Manager, looking for a new opportunity ? The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the internal sales team, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The Internal Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing strategies, managing operations, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the internal sales team to achieve company sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise sales efforts and campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.
• Develop and monitor sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Implement CRM and other sales tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, purchasing & accounts) to align strategies and achieve common goals.
• Communicate effectively with the team, providing clear direction and support.

Ideal Candidates:

• You’ll need to be a highly organised, confident and articulate individual who can work effectively under pressure.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management, preferably within a wholesale distribution industry.
• You will need to have good time management skills and able to prioritise your workload.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications & CRM Software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Work accurately with attention for detail.
• Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and an effective team member.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

Hours
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pmSalary
