The role entails ensuring customer satisfaction, managing relationships, and actively contributing to the sales strategy.

• Supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Identifying potential sales opportunities and leads
• Contributing to sales strategies and initiatives
• Handling customer queries and providing product information
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conducting sales calls with potential and existing customers
• Providing sales quotations as required.
• Conducting customer visits
