Request for International consultancy services for Preparing stock take report and Revision of the Nationally Determined Contributions Report (NDCs) of the State of Palestine
The objective of this consultancy is to enable Palestine to revise its initial updated NDCs and submit its third NDCs in 2026. The development of Palestine’s third NDC or (NDC 3.0) must consider the national circumstances, socio-economic development priorities, geopolitical context of the country over the coming decades, as well as integrate gender considerations and gender-responsive actions and indicators. The NDCs update must comply with the principle of climate ambition outlined in Article 4 of the Paris Agreement and adhere to the modalities, procedures, and guidelines of Decision 4/CMA.1 adopted at COP 24.
