Description of the Assignment:  

The purpose of the Final Evaluation (the Evaluation) is to provide an impartial in-depth review of all aspects of the Project “Decarbonisation of Residential Sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, including its performance, results and any signal of change that might have resulted from the Project interventions. The Evaluation will assess the relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, and the potential for longer-term impact of the Project and make strategic recommendations for future decision-making in decarbonisation in residential sector, for the Project Board, UNDP, Government of Sweden and other relevant Project’s stakeholders. 

Period of assignment/services: 25 days within January and March 2024

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
