Project Overview: The Women Leadership Program, is an initiative by UNOPS and other humanitarian organizations. A component of this program is designed to support senior leaders engaged with UN agencies, international and national non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. The program seeks to amplify the leadership capacities of women within the humanitarian and development fields. This program is dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and management skills, enabling them to effectively engage with various stakeholders in crisis contexts and lead with confidence and innovation. Role Overview:
Accord Worldwide, Inc. seeks dynamic and experienced trainers in different languages (English, French and Spanish) to deliver our “Women’s Leadership Programme.” Candidates should have a proven ability to facilitate blended learning experiences and a passion for advancing women’s leadership in the humanitarian and development sectors.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in blended learning services, with a focus on adult education.
- Strong background in humanitarian operations and/or leadership development.
- International experience in conducting leadership training to senior humanitarian women leaders.
- Fluency in any of English, Spanish, or French, depending on the specific trainer role applied for.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.
- Experience in conducting leadership training in the humanitarian sector.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging and impactful learning sessions as part of the “Women’s Leadership Programme.”
- Adapt delivery methods and materials as needed to meet the needs of participants and ensure learning objectives are met.
- Adhere to the standards of training followed by Accordemy®
- Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience and outcomes.
