Introduction :

United Nations Volunteers on behalf of UN Bonn is engaging in a competitive procurement process to invite qualified vendors to submit an offer for internet and data services at UN Bonn.

The required services should entail the following:

Provision of continuous, redundant internet connections of 1,5 Gbps /1,5 Gbps . Active/Active load-sharing, and multi-homing solution with automatic failover (for full description of the required services kindly check the Terms of Reference)

The intention is to conclude a Long-term Agreement initially a three-year contract renewable up to a maximum total of five years starting no later than 27 December 2024

Pre-proposal conference will be conducted with the below details: 26 April 2024, 10.00 AM Bonn Time

Venue: UN Campus, Platz der Vereinten Nationen 1, 53113, Bonn, Germany

The focal point for the arrangement is: UNV procurement team Please inform us about your participation in the conference COB April 24, 2024, by sending a message directly in the system. Kindly provide information about your company name, number of participants in the pre-proposal conference, names and job titles. The pre-proposal conference is: ☒ not mandatory.  Minutes of the pre-proposal conference will be disseminated directly in the system. 

 

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website:  https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
