– Completed master’s or bachelor’s degree at a university or technical college – Very good academic performance – Excellent oral and written knowledge of an official language as well as good knowledge of a second official language – Interest in a wide range of topics and openness in dealing with a variety of actors – Commitment, flexibility and initiative – Interest in the professional field of diplomacy
