Internship Communications

We are seeking a proactive communications Intern to streamline our digital repositories. You will maintain and update internal systems, ensuring it follows a clear tracking and nomenclature system so that all data/information is organized and readily accessible. Additionally, you will get to work across various functions — social media, design, analytics, editing, and media production — allowing you to develop a diverse set of skills that will enhance your professional portfolio and prepare you for a successful career in communications. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Organize and maintain digital folders, spreadsheets, trackers, and the image bank, ensuring efficient data management and easy access to information.
• Standardize file nomenclature and streamline documentation processes to enhance overall workflow.
• Assist the communications team with social media scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment of messaging across various platforms.

Qualifications:  

• Currently pursuing any degree but preference will be given for communications and allied fields. Here is what we are looking for in a candidate
• Methodical and organized, with a keen interest in data management.
• Strong time and project management skills with ability to maintain daily timesheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
