We provide technical support to DRC’s operations and build capacity of staff in these areas. We manage the evaluation function for DRC, and lead on DRC’s commitment to the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) and the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI). In addition, we provide global coordination for DRC’s strategy. Through our work we contribute to DRC’s programmes to be effective, and we collect and share evidence of DRC’s effectiveness, building knowledge. We steer organizational learning, through global processes and supporting learning in field operations.
