Job Summary:

The HR & Logistics Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Logistics teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in HR and logistics functions within a professional work environment. The intern will assist with various tasks, including document management, logistics coordination, and other support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in organizing, updating, and archiving employee records and HR documents.
  • Support in maintaining HR databases and personnel files.
  • Help prepare reports, letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Assist in tracking employee attendance and leave records.

Logistics Support:

  • Assist in processing procurement requests and maintaining inventory records.
  • Help coordinate logistics for office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Support in managing and tracking deliveries, shipments, and asset distribution.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating logistics-related documentation.

General Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR and Logistics teams as needed.
  • Support in organizing and filing documents physically and electronically.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Interest in the humanitarian and development sector (preferred).

How To Apply

Internship Details:

  • Location: Erbil
  • Duration: 5 Month
  • Working Hours: 40 Hours Per week
  • Compensation: 500,000 IQD per month
