● Keep the collaboration with Khora Social Kitchen ongoing: on Tuesdays we cook

together and eat together in a nearby social kitchen, and you will be responsible for

promoting the event, keeping good relations with Khora and going to the meetings,

find volunteers to cook, and animate the evenings (dancing, board games etc.)

● Doing outreach to organizations and sport clubs to look for collaborations and/or keep the

ongoing partnerships going

● Work with the coach coordinator on the teambuilding of the coaches team

● Work on the development of trainings on Intercultural Communication

● Plan a potential setup for YSR satellites in cities throughout Europe, and write a draft project proposal for satellites

● Reach out to former volunteers for global events and (re)start the YSR community

group

● Working with the M&E team on the community building aspect of reporting (reviewing

the indicators and interview questions)

● Working on strengthening our network of partner organizations/gyms in Europe (for
