WorldFish would like to hire two (02) interns who will assist in maintaining accurate project financial records, documentation, and database. Beside this, s/he will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process. By getting hands-on experience by working under a Project Finance professional, s/he can understand and practically apply his/her theoretical knowledge of financial accounting in his/her day-to-day work orienting in such a position.

The successful candidate will:

• Assist in maintaining accurate project financial records and documentation in OCS.
• Assist in maintaining and updating project and partner financial records and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting of project activities.
• Assist in the coordination of resource allocation and monitoring.

Requirements:

This opportunity will be suitable for you if you have the below skills and qualifications:

• The candidate either will have obtained or currently be working towards obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or similar equivalent qualifications.
• Must have knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams applications and hands-on experience with reputable ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP.
• Should be capable of preparing files and maintaining records and documentation.
• Excellent command of the English language – both written and verbal.
