Dear Service Providers 

To implement the activities of the INTERSOS Humanitarian Organization, the NTERSOS office in Erbil, kindly requests you to provide us the best prices (VAT excluded, including all possible costs and warranties) for the services and works described below.

 

• The main purpose of this RFQ is to provide a Civil Engineer as outlined in the ToR. Please go through it and read it carefully, Annex-1.
• The request for a quotation is not financial commitment.
• The Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
  1. Be fully compliant to the requirements and conditions outlined in Annex 1 (Terms of Reference).
  2. Fully accept the Contract Terms / General conditions / Special conditions
  3. Provide the required documents
  4. A track record of successfully assisting and completing Civil Engineering tasks, Rehabilitations, constructions or similar roles for international humanitarian organization(s) , Private or Public sectors in Federal Iraq and/or KRI, minimum 2 examples.
  5. Delivery time within strict timelines and defined parameters.

 

• Documents to be provided

1. CV of no more than 3 pages of the proposed consultant in accordance with the requirements in Annex 1 (Education)
2. Copies of Diplomas and Certificates mentioned in the CV
3. certificates to evidence the successful completion of similar roles; (Previous experience which would have led to breach of contract and termination shall not be used as reference)

  • Capability to work on professional and ethical grounds so that there are no false practices.
  • Fluent English, Arabic and Kurdish languages.
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular).
• The Publication of the Tender is April 21^st, 2025.
• The submission deadline is (April 26^th, 2025) 17:30
