Dear Supplier

To implement the activities of the INTERSOS Humanitarian Organization, the INTERSOS office in Erbil, kindly requests you to provide us the best prices (VAT excluded, including all possible costs and warrantiesyle=”font-weight: 400;”>) for the services and works described as attached.

 

• The main purpose of this RFQ is to provide MHPSS consultancy as outlined in the ToR, please go through it and read it carefully.
• The request for quotation is not a financial commitment.
• The Eligibility Criteria are as follow:

1. Be fully compliant to the requirements and conditions outlined in Annex 1 (Terms of Reference) and Annex 2 (Consultant Profile)
2. Fully accept the Contract Terms / General conditions / Special conditions
3. Provide the required documents
4. A track record of successfully assisting and completing MHPSS consultancy for international humanitarian organization(s) in Federal Iraq and/or KRI, minimum 2 examples.
5. Delivery time within strict timelines and defined parameters.

Documents to be provided

1. Duly completed Form as provided in Annex 2, and in accordance with the list of yle=”font-weight: 400;”>requirements in Annex 1 ( Terms of Reference);
2. CV of no more than 3 pages of the proposed consultant in accordance with the requirements in Annex 2 (Consultant Profile)
3. Copies of Diplomas and Certificates mentioned in the CV
4. certificates to evidence the successful completion of similar consultancy; (Previous experience which would have led to breach of contract and termination shall not be used as reference)
5. Samples of previous work (Training material / Curriculum)
6. Duly completed Work Plan outlining the timeline (including preparatory steps) for the various tasks. Annex 5.

Desirable 

1. Capability to work on professional and ethical grounds so that there are no false practices.
2. Fluent English, Arabic and Kurdish languages.
3. Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular).

The Publication of the Tender is March 5th, 2025.

The submission deadline is (March 10th  2025) 16:00

1. 25% proposal
2. 45% interviews
3. 30% Financial offer
