Dear Supplier,

 

Please provide your quotation for the provision of the Services mentioned below. INTERSOS will conduct an evaluation based on the best value for money, including, but not limited to, quality, delivery time, and price.

INTERSOS will sign a 1-year framework agreement (FWA) with the selected supplier with possibility of extension. The FWA will not obligate INTERSOS to request the service from the selected supplier. At the end of each month, a contract (purchase order) will be issued to confirm the requested service from the supplier.

Kindly read the terms and conditions mentioned in this document and the attached TOR. The Quotation provided must outline any additional costs such as VAT, Taxes, levies, etc.

The prices must include the Transfer of the cash in the Salaheddin governate or any other locations within the Salaheddin governate that might be requested by INTERSOS team.

By providing your offer, through signing and stamping this document and/or responding in your own format, you agree to the following terms and conditions

  1. This RFQ is not a financial commitment.
  2. The amounts mentioned here are only an estimation. INTERSOS may request more or less quantities depending on the actual needs as identified during the FWA period.
  3. Validity of quotation is 12 months.
  4. Payment method will be pre-paid. INTERSOS will share the cheque and distribution list with the service provider prior to the distribution.
  5. Delivery of service shall not exceed 2 days after the confirmation from INTERSOS. INTERSOS may reasonably alter this condition at the time of the contract and in agreement with the selected supplier. If the supplier does not agree with this Leadtime, the offer must clearly state that with an alternative Leadtime. INTERSOS has the right to reject any offer with unreasonable lead-time (more than 7 days).
  6. If arithmetic errors were identified during the evaluation process, the unit price will prevail. If there is ambiguity in the unit price, INTERSOS may decide to disqualify the offer.
  7. INTERSOS has the right to reject any offer where the supplier fails to provide a valid registration certificate to work in KRI.
  8. Payment shall be made in IQD and in accordance with the selected supplier’s offer. No changes on the service fees will take place between the time of submitting the offer and signing the contract.
  9. The Supplier is expected to provide the following information through official and/or original documentation. For the (Pass/Fail) criteria.
  • A Copy of Registration. Or a copy of working permit.
  • A copy of tax clearance
  • Lead time more than 7 days.

 

  1. For each distribution the Supplier is expected to provide the following information through official and/or original documentation.
  • The method of the distribution
  • Technical support during the implementation of the service
  • Proof of the payment (reporting) for the INTERSOS account.
  • Any other details as stipulated in the agreement

 

  1. The Supplier will be provided with a formal confirmation of the goods in advance.
