Dear Supplier 

• The main purpose of this contract is the provision of Photo-journalistic services as outlined in Annex 1 (Terms of Reference).
• The request for a quotation is not a financial commitment.
• The  offer (Quotation) must include all costs relating to the service (direct and indirect costs)
• The photographer/ service provider’s qualifications and experience must clearly meet the minimum criteria indicated in Annex 3 (Photographer profile).
• The bidder must provide a technical proposal  as described in Article 7 of Annex 1 (Terms of Reference)
• The Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered Bidders Must

1. Be fully compliant with the requirements and conditions outlined in Annex 1 (Terms of Reference) and Annex 3 (Photographer Profile)
2. Fully accept the Contract Terms / General conditions / Special conditions
3. Provide the required documents

• Documents to be provided by the bidder
• Duly completed Request for Quotation Form (This form) as provided in Annex 2, and in accordance with the list of requirements in Annex 1 ( Terms of Reference);
• Short profile of photographer or company profile
• CV of no more than 3 pages of the proposed photographer/service provider in accordance with the requirements in Annex 3 (Photographer Profile)
• Copies of Diplomas and Certificates mentioned in the CV
• Certificates of photography-related stories; (Previous experience which would have led to breach of contract and termination shall not be used as reference)
• Detailed individual portfolio showcasing range of work (i.e. outdoor, indoor conferences, portraits, group activities, etc.) with links to specific sites/media outlets/publications where the works have been published;
• Duly completed Technical proposal in accordance with instructions provided in Annex 1  (Terms of Reference) outlining the overall approach to the various tasks.
• The Publication of the Request for Quotations is (16 December 2024)
• The submission deadline is (21 December 2024) 16:00

• The Selection criteria will be as follows:

1. Technical proposal (60%)
2. Economic Offer (40%)
