INTERSOS – Provision of Dignity Kits

Dear Supplier 

To implement the activities of the INTERSOS Humanitarian Organization, the NTERSOS office in Erbil, kindly requests you to provide us with the best prices (VAT excluded, including all possible costs and warranties) for the services and works described as attached.

• The prices must include the delivery of items to the INTERSOS office in Erbil governorate or any other locations within the Erbil governorate that might be requested from the INTERSOS team.
• The Delivery will be in 2 rounds, the first round in September 2024 and the Second round in December 2024 as per the attached Delivery plan.
• This RFQ is to provide dignity Kits.
• The RFQ is not a financial commitment.
• The Publication Date is Sep 1st,2024.
• The submission deadline is Sep 7, 2024, till 04:00 PM

• The Selection criteria will be as follows:

1. The Supplier must provide valid registration in Kurdistan Region (Pass/Fail)
2. Tax Clearance. (Pass/Fail)
3. Photos for all the Items in an organized Folder or file, for revision by the evaluation Committee (Pass/Fail)
4. Economic Offer (100%).
