INTERSOS – Provision of Refreshment for Erbil

Dear Supplier 

INTERSOS office in Erbil is asking your Company to provide us with the best prices (VAT excluded, including all possible costs and warranties) for the items described as attached:

• The prices must include the delivery of items to the INTERSOS office in Erbil governorate or any other locations within the Erbil governorate that might be requested from the INTERSOS team.
• This is to establish Framework Agreements.
• Purchase Orders with the exact quantities will be shared with the winning suppliers.
• The FWA is not a financial commitment.
• The Framework Agreement will be valid until (Dec 31, 2025) with the possibility of extension.
• The FWA shall not exceed the value of 50,000,0000 IQD.
• The Publication Date is Aug 25, 2024.
• The submission deadline is Aug 31st, 2024 till 04:00 PM
• Please mention the RFQ Reference in the Subject of the email: 29-14/08/2024-339351

• The Selection criteria will be as follows:

1. The Supplier must provide valid registration in Kurdistan Region (Pass/Fail)
2. Tax Clearance. (Pass/Fail)
3. A photo of each item in an organized file or Folder (Pass/Fail).
4. Economic Offer (100%)
