INTERSOS office in Sulaymaniyah is asking to your Company to provide us the best prices (VAT excluded, included all possible costs and warranties) for the items described as follow:

Contract title : Provision of Refreshment items for Sulaymaniyah office                                                                                                       

The Suppliers are requested to complete the template attached to this announcement:

  • Column 2 is completed by the Contracting Authority shows the required specifications (not to be modified by the tenderer),
  • Column 3 is to be filled in by the tenderer and must detail what is offered. The Tenderer must provide the brand, model and specification of the item in their offer. Tenderer must also provide a picture of the items they are offering. (for example, the words “compliant” or “yes” are not sufficient),
  • Column 4 allows the tenderer to make comments on its proposed supply and to make eventual references to the documentation.
  • The list of the requested items is attached.

The eventual documentation supplied should clearly indicate (highlight, mark) the models offered and the options included, if any, so that the evaluators can see the exact configuration. Offers that do not permit identifying precisely the models and the specifications may be rejected by the Evaluation Committee.

The offer must be clear enough to allow the evaluators to make an easy comparison between the requested specifications and the offered specifications

  • The prices must include the delivery of items to the INTERSOS office in Sulaymaniyah governorate or any other locations with the Sulaymaniyah governorate that might be requested from INTERSOS team such as (Ranya, Qaladiza, Bainjan, Bazyan, Chamchamal, Penjwen, Halabja, Sitak, etc…).
  • This is to establish Framework Agreements. Purchase Orders with the exact quantities will be shared with the winner suppliers.
  • The FWA is not a financial commitment.
  • The Framework Agreement will be valid for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
  • The FWA shall not exceed the value of 50,000,0000 IQD.
  • The publication date is August 8th,2024.
  • The submission deadline is August 13th, 2024 till 04:00 PM

  • The Selection criteria will be as follows:
  • Pass/Fail conditions:
  • The tenderer must be registered in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq as a company or general trader. (A copy of a valid company registration must be included)
  • Tax compliance. (A copy of a valid tax clearance certificate or no contest letter must be submitted)
  • Technical compliance. (Tenderers must complete column 3 (three) of the table above, indicating the brand of the item they are offering and specifications such as packaging etc. Tenderers must provide a photo of each of the items from the table above they are offering. The photos must be attached as an annex, with each photo having the  item number and the specifications.)
  • All Tenderers who pass the above conditions will be considered for financial evaluation.
  • Economic offer =  100%
