In order to implement the activities of the INTERSOS Humanitarian Organization, the INTERSOS office in Erbil, kindly requests you to provide us the best prices (VAT excluded, including all possible costs and warranties) for the services and works described as attached.

• The main purpose of this contract is the work contract for Rehabilitations of 4 communal centers in Sinjar and Qahtanya as outlined in Annex 1a.b.c.d (Bill of Quantity).
• The request for a quotation is not a financial commitment.
• The offer (Quotation) must include all costs relating to the service (direct and indirect costs)
• The qualifications and experience of the service provider must clearly meet the minimum criteria indicated below.
• The Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered, Bidders Must

1. Be fully compliant to the requirements and conditions outlined in Annex 1a. Annex 1b. Annex 1c. Annex 1d.
2. Fully accept the Contract Terms / General conditions / Special conditions
3. Provide the required documents

• Documents to be provided by the bidder
  • Duly completed Request for quotation Form (This form) in accordance with the list of requirements in Annex 1(a.b.c.d) (Bill of Quantity);
  • Short profile of the company.
  • Similar work Experiences in the past 5 years, at least 3 completed work experiences or projects.
• The Publication of the Request for Quotations is (May 21^st,2025)
• The submission deadline is (May 25^th ,2025, 16:00h)
