Dear Service Provider,

 

In order to implement the activities of the INTERSOS Humanitarian Organization, INTERSOS office in Erbil, kindly requests Individual service providers (suppliers) to provide us the best prices (VAT excluded, including all possible costs and warranties) for the services and works described as attached:

 

من أجل تنفيذ أنشطة منظمة إنترسوس الإنسانية، مكتب إنترسوس في أربيل، يرجى من مقدمي الخدمات الفرديين (الموردين) تزويدنا بأفضل الأسعار (باستثناء ضريبة القيمة المضافة، بما في ذلك جميع التكاليف والضمانات الممكنة) للخدمات والأعمال الموصوفة على النحو التالي:

 

• The main purpose of this contract will be the provision of Vehicle rental services including the following

  • A driver with valid driving license and a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
  • سائق يحمل رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وخبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات.
  • Vehicle maintenance, fuel, insurance, or any other direct or indirect costs.
  • المركبات أو الوقود أو التأمين أو أي تكاليف مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أخرى.

 

• The Call of Intrest is not a financial commitment.
• نداء اهتمام الأسعار ليس التزاما ماليا.
• The Eligibility Criteria are as follow:

• A Valid Vehicle Registration. If the Vehicle is not registered in the name of the driver, the bidder is requested to provide power of attorney from a public notary that proves they are allowed to drive the vehicle and use it for commercial purposes. *
• تسجيل سيارة صالح. إذا لم تكن السيارة مسجلة    باسم السائق، يطلب من مقدم العرض تقديم توكيل من كاتب عدل عام يثبت أنه مسموح له بقيادة السيارة واستخدامها لأغراض تجارية. *
• A valid driving license for the driver. *
• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول للسائق. *
• Vehicle Insurance. *
• تأمين المركبات. *
• CV of the driver. *
• السيرة الذاتية للسائق. *
• Photos of the vehicle. *
• صور المركبة. *

• Bidders meeting the above stated Eligibility criteria will be invited for interviews and a driving test.
• ستتم دعوة مقدمي العروض الذين يستوفون معايير الأهلية المذكورة أعلاه لإجراء المقابلات واختبار القيادة.
• The offered daily rate is fixed amount and nonnegotiable by filling and signing on this COI form means that you are accepting the offer price.
• السعر اليومي المعروض هو مبلغ ثابت وغير قابل للتفاوض، حيث أن ملء نموذج طلب نداء اهتمام والتوقيع عليه يعني أنك تقبل سعر العرض.
• The Selection criteria will be as follows:

  • Driving Test 50%

  • Interview 50%.
