Intersos – Vehicle Rental with Drivers in Salaheddin Governorate

In order to implement the activities of the INTERSOS Humanitarian Organization, INTERSOS office in Erbil, kindly requests Individual service providers (suppliers) to provide us the best prices (VAT excluded, including all possible costs and warranties) for the services and works described as follow:

• Please mention for which Location you would like to provide services
• Please Select only one option for the vehicles.
• Please mention all the sub-districts you are able to work in within one Governorate only (Salahaddin)
• The main purpose of this contract will be the provision of Vehicle rental services including the following
  • A driver with valid driving license and a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
  • Vehicle maintenance, fuel, insurance, or any other direct or indirect costs.
• The request for a quotation is not a financial commitment.
• The Eligibility Criteria are as follow:

Essential:

• A Valid Vehicle Registration. If the Vehicle is not registered in the name of the driver, the bidder is requested to provide power of attorney from a public notary that proves they are allowed to drive the vehicle and use it for commercial purposes. *
• A valid driving license for the driver. *
• Vehicle Insurance. *
• Covid-19 Vaccination Cards. *

Desirable

• Familiarity with the areas in Salahaddin.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular).
• Fluency in both English and Arabic

Experience:

• Work Experience with INGOs
• Female drivers encouraged to apply
• The Publication of the Request for quotation is August 8, 20 24.
• The submission deadline is (13 August 2024) 16:00.

• The Selection criteria will be as follows:
  • Economic Offer 40%
  • Driving Test 30%
  • Interview 30%

– والغرض الرئيسي من هذا العقد هو توفير خدمات تأجير السيارات بما في ذلك ما يلي:

> سائق يحمل رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وخبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات.

> المركبات أو الوقود أو التأمين أو أي تكاليف مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أخرى.

– طلب عرض الأسعار ليس التزاما ماليا.

– معايير الأهلية هي كما يلي:

أساسية:

– تسجيل سيارة صالح. إذا لم تكن السيارة مسجلة    باسم السائق، يطلب من مقدم العرض تقديم توكيل من كاتب عدل عام يثبت أنه مسموح له بقيادة السيارة واستخدامها لأغراض تجارية. *

– رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول للسائق. *

– تأمين المركبات. *

– بطاقات التطعيم كوفيد-19. *

* تقديم نسخ من الوثائق المطلوبة مع العرض *

مرغوب فيه:

– الإلمام بالمناطق في صلاح الدين.

– محو الأمية الحاسوبية (MS Excel على وجه الخصوص).

– الطلاقة في كل من الإنجليزية والعربية

الخبرة:

– خبرة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية

– يتم تشجيع السائقات على التقدم بطلب

– نشر طلب الاقتباس هو ٨/٨/ ٢٠٢٤.

– والموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلبات هو (١٣/٨/٢٠٢٤) .16:00

– ستتم دعوة مقدمي العروض الذين يستوفون معايير الأهلية المذكورة أعلاه لإجراء المقابلات واختبار القيادة.

– وستكون معايير الاختيار على النحو التالي:

> العرض الاقتصادي 40%

> اختبار القيادة 30%

> المقابلة 30%
