The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for developing systems to support supply acquisitions and inventory control for the Pulmonary Diagnostic Lab. Serves as a liaison between departments regarding supplies and equipment. The Joint Commission and College of American Pathologist standards regarding the Environment of care.
Additional Information:
The Supply Coordinator is responsible for managing the supply and inventory process for the inpatient and outpatient service areas. The Supply Coordinator is responsible for tracking inventory and the supply par levels to ensure availability and prevent overstocking. The Supply Coordinator is responsible for creating cost-savings strategies and participates in brainstorming meetings with other employees. The Supply Coordinator is responsible for cleaning, assembly, and helping to maintain the Pulmonary Diagnostic Lab and Respiratory Therapy equipment and monitoring the Pulmonary Lab and Respiratory Therapy environment. Supply coordinator may assist with patient transportation when required.
