Inventory Planner Required Milton Keynes – Immediate Start AvailableInventor planner required to work for manufacturing and distribution business based in Milton KeynesOverview of the role

• Your primary objective will be the achievement of best possible stock availability while maximising stock turn.
• You’ll be flexible in your approach, self-motivated but also enjoy working within a team.
• You’ll have excellent numeracy skills along with advanced Excel and you’ll be an excellent communicator with an organized approach to your work.
• Attention to detail is key for this role.
• Ideally you will be an experienced stock controller/senior merchandiser from a business with multiple third-party suppliers and a large number of SKUs.
• Forecasting demand is fundamental to inventory planning and you’ll work closely with our brand teams to understand market trends and understand global supply chains.
• You will also work with the Logistics and Operations Teams and external suppliers to improve and maintain our purchasing efficiency.

Required Experience

• Previous experience within inventory and logistics planning
• Experience in forecasting
• Competent user of Excel

Additional Info:

• Hours: 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday 8.00am-1.30pm on Friday
• Salary; £26-29k per annum
• Start date: ASAP following interview process
