Job Description:

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will become an integral part of the esteemed European Corporate Finance/ M&A Team, working in collaboration with seasoned professionals and industry experts. Your primary responsibility will involve assisting in the execution of complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Preparing detailed presentations and reports for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Assisting in the development of financial models to evaluate potential transactions.
• Conducting market research and staying abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
• Contributing fresh ideas and insights to enhance the team’s performance and overall success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
