Job DescriptionI am partnered with a global boutique investment bank who were founded in the US and have built their reputation off of significant success in the telecoms sector. They are sector agnostic and have credentials in telecoms, technology, industrials, financial services, business services, consumer and healthcare. They act as an independent advisor to their clients on both buy and sell-side situations and have expertise across M&A, private financings and strategic advisory. They often partner with private equities, PE-backed businesses and corporate companies on transactions.They are currently expanding their team in London and are specifically searching for someone who has experience in Digital Infra and is at the around the Senior Associate or VP level. It is important that the individual has experience of completing the execution of deals in this space and at the VP level it is more critical to have deal execution leadership track record.Key skills & experience:
– 5-7 years of investment banking experience preferably within a bigger bank
– Track record of deals in Digital Infra or Telecoms
