We employ more than 3,000 people across our London, Southampton, Cardiff and Manchester offices.We are looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate or Manager who will play a part in managing relationships with Starling’s investor base, cultivating their understanding of the firm’s financial performance and business plan on an ongoing basis. Your work will be instrumental in building conviction among the wider investor and analyst community in Starling’s vision and strategy for growth as the group approaches an initial public offering.This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insight into the inner workings of one of the UK’s top fintechs. You will work closely with the Group CFO and collaborate across multiple functions within the group including the Group CFO’s Office, Strategy, Corporate Affairs, FP&A and Financial Modelling, Treasury and Legal teams.Key responsibilities:You will be responsible for day-to-day management of investor communications and production of investor materials. You will help to deliver an investor relations strategy that prioritises clear and effective communication of the Starling Group’s performance and equity story across both Starling Bank and Engine by Starling, developing investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and its strategy for delivering shareholder value.In particular, you will:
