Key Responsibilities

Tasks to be performed under this contract

Sous la supervision hiérarchique de National Protection Officer, et la supervision globale de la chargée de la réintégration ( RO) , le Consultant National Terrain AVRR aura pour tâches et responsabilités de :

• Conduite d’entretiens individuels avec les bénéficiaires AVRR pour l’élaboration de leur plan de réintégration adapté à leurs besoins et compétences ;
• Coordination avec la logistique pour le suivi des achats liés aux projets (équipements, services), et appui à la mise en œuvre effective de l’assistance ;
• Lancement et suivi des projets, en veillant à la bonne réception des biens/services et à la satisfaction des bénéficiaires ;
• Saisie et mise à jour des données dans les outils de gestion (bases de données internes) pour assurer la traçabilité des projets ;
• Collecte et transmission des justificatifs de paiement, en lien avec l’équipe finance, pour envoi au pays d’envoi – la Tunisie ;
• Toute autre tâche qui sera confiée par le superviseur.

Performance indicators for the evaluation of results

• Maîtrise des outils de collecte de données (tablettes, applications mobiles), capacité à utiliser des logiciels de traitement de données.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, capacité à travailler en équipe, flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation à des environnements variés.

Required Qualifications

• Education

• Être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire, sciences de développement, sciences sociales, statistique ou diplôme équivalent

Experience

• Expérience professionnelle documentée.
• Minimum de 02 ans d’expérience avec succès dans des emplois similaires.

Skills

• Forte capacité de mobilisation de la communauté et une maîtrise des concepts d”engagement et de responsabilité communautaire ;
• Capacité et volonté de travailler sur le terrain dans des endroits très éloignés dans des circonstances parfois difficiles ;
• Forte capacité de communication et rédaction de rapports, et capable de gérer et transmettre les données de terrain efficace ;
• Possibilité d”utiliser une tablette et / ou un ordinateur pour transférer des données et des rapports ;
• Aptitude à coordonner efficacement avec un large éventail de partenaires, y compris les autorités locales ;
• Bonne capacité rédactionnelle et de communication

Langues requises

• On s”attend à ce que les consultants parlent couramment le français et la connaissance des langues locales est un atout.

Travel required

Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
