This exceptional opportunity will see you reporting to an experienced employment lawyer and Senior ER manager, as part of a small team working for a large, multifaceted not for profit organisation. This organisation has multiple awards and agreements and will offer you further exposure to EA negotiations in a complex environment.
The ideal candidate will present with 2-4 years Advisory experience and strong business acumen and data analytic skills. You will present with problems solving, research and analysis skills to support the costing of EA changes. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor of Business / Commerce / HR / Law
- A strong understanding of Fairwork, NES and Industrial awards and agreements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and an attention to detail
- Highly developed excel skills and experience with data analysis
