The International Rescue Committee, (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
The IRC Iraq country program is issuing this RFP to solicit competitive, sealed proposals to establish an agreement to secure competitive proposals to select one vendor for International Rescue Committee to supply Daily service contract vehicle rental with driver at Kirkuk Office. All suppliers technically qualified to supply the services are granted to submit their offers.
