لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية (IRC) هي منظمة دولية خاصة غير منحازة لطائفة معينة و طوعية تقدم خدمات الاغاثة، الحماية و اعادة التوطين للاجئين و ضحايا القمع او الصراعات العنيفة.
The IRC Iraq country program is issuing this RFP to solicit competitive, sealed proposals to establish an agreement to secure competitive proposals to select one vendor for International Rescue Committee to supply Daily vehicle (Car) rental with a driver at Ninawa office.
