Job Overview:
The Deputy Director supports the strategic and operational leadership of IRC’s Kansas Office for Refugees (KSOR), working closely with the Director to ensure effective program delivery and partnership engagement, data management, and staff development. The Deputy Director is responsible for program and sub-award oversight, coordination, and tracking to ensure high-quality and timely programs that are compliant with federal reporting and monitoring requirements. KSOR is the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Replacement Designee in Kansas. A replacement designee is an entity selected by ORR to administer state refugee resettlement programs. This position reports to the Director of KSOR.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. A graduate degree in business, non-profit management, international relations, public administration, or social work is preferred.
Work Experience: 8+ years of human services management and supervisory experience, including responsibility for eligibility determinations and compliance with reporting requirements.
