The International Rescue Committee, (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.

The IRC Iraq country program is issuing this announcement to invite Individual/ Companies to establish an agreement for Endline Evaluation Consultancy for PRM project

as per the details outlined in the scope of Work.

All individuals or companies which are technically qualified for the provision of the above services are invited to submit their offer and required documents listed in SOW.
