The International Rescue Committee, (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
The IRC Iraq country program is issuing this RFP to solicit competitive, sealed proposals to establish a long-term agreement to secure competitive proposals to select one or more service provider for International Rescue Committee to provide Hotel services in Erbil.
