The International Rescue Committee, (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية (IRC) هي منظمة دولية خاصة غير منحازة لطائفة معينة و طوعية تقدم خدمات الاغاثة، الحماية و اعادة التوطين للاجئين و ضحايا القمع او الصراعات العنيفة.
The IRC Iraq country program is issuing this RFP to solicit competitive, sealed proposals to establish an agreement to secure competitive proposals to select one vendor for International Rescue Committee to supply Monthly vehicle (Car) rental with a driver at Ninawa office.
