The
Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of activities between the Kansas Office for Refugees (KSOR), the
Kansas Department of Children and Families and other key stakeholders, to
implement the Wilson Fish Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)
Coordination program along with other RSS programs as appropriate. This
position will be responsible for ensuring KSOR progresses in key program goal
areas, including organizational relationship development/management,
capacity-building for stakeholder organizations and staff, program outreach, and
program reporting for programs under this position’s responsibility.

Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
