The International Rescue Committee, (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
The IRC Iraq country program is issuing this RFP to solicit competitive, sealed proposals to establish an agreement to secure competitive proposals to select one vendor for International Rescue Committee to supply Daily vehicle (Car) rental with a driver at Salahaldin office

لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية (IRC) هي منظمة دولية خاصة غير منحازة لطائفة معينة و طوعية تقدم خدمات الاغاثة، الحماية و اعادة التوطين للاجئين و ضحايا القمع او الصراعات العنيفة.
يقوم برنامج IRC في العراق بإصدار طلب تقديم العروض هذا للحصول على مقترحات تنافسية ومختومة لإنشاء اتفاقية لتأمين عروض تنافسية لاختيار مورد واحد للجنة الإنقاذ الدولية لتزويد التأجير اليومي للسيارة مع سائق في مكتب صلاح الدين. جميع الموردين المؤهلين فنياً لتوريد المواد و الخدمات المذكورة مدعوون لتقديم عروضهم.
