IRI seeks services from professional communications consultant with experience designing and producing printed materials as well as live-action and animated videos that amplify issue-based advocacy campaigns. Consultants must have experience with graphic/video design and experience translating communications objectives into traditional (printed) and digital (social media) content. To ensure that the content is of professional quality, engaging and “shareable” via social media, IRI is seeking to contract with a communications expert (individuals) or firms (organizations).
