Job Summary | This position supports mission critical work for the University of Kentucky by maintaining the software and technical processes and reporting responsible for 1) providing UK students the ability to evaluate their courses and learning experiences; 2) providing UK faculty the necessary feedback about their courses and teaching from a student perspective; 3) supporting the information gathering, maintenance, and reporting for faculty performance evaluations; and 4) supporting and backing up new and/or other faculty support systems as needed. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | database management experience; experience using CSV and JSON; and good communication skills. Prefer: Some experience with Qualtrics and/or SAP and experience in or capacity for training others as users of the software. Custom scripting experience is a plus. |
