Job Description:
The International Student and Scholars Office (ISSO) is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an ISSO Technology and Systems Analyst, which will be hired as a Systems Analyst II. This role will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of Sunapsis-dedicated secure servers, managing data systems, and collaborating with various university departments to enhance operational efficiency through technology.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting international employees, scholars, and students by leveraging technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sunapsis Product Support:

Ensure on-site hardware requirements align with Sunapsis agreements.

Act as the lead technical support for Sunapsis-dedicated secure servers (Microsoft SQL Server, ColdFusion, SSL server certificates).

Implement Sunapsis software updates/releases to maintain compliance with federal regulations.

Prepare and deliver Sunapsis training materials to staff, including those outside the department.

Lead the integration of Sunapsis with other university systems, collaborating with numerous campus partners.
Data Management and Business Systems Support & Improvement:

Serve as the super user of Sunapsis, CyStart, and CyScan, assisting staff to maximize functionality.

Lead the collection, analysis, testing, and documentation of data to support processes, reporting, and compliance.

Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvement and design/implement technology solutions.

Collaborate with ISSO staff and other university departments to implement technology solutions.
Assessment:

Collaborate with ISSO advising staff on systematic and integrated efforts to explore and improve ISSO services, programs, and operations’ impact on student outcomes.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship.
